Why This Issue Happens
macOS stores login credentials in the Keychain as well as in application cache folders. Even after changing organizations, Microsoft Teams continues to use this stored data, causing repeated login redirection to the previous account.
Go to Applications ? Utilities ? Keychain Access. Search for "Microsoft Teams" and delete all related saved passwords.
Right-click the Microsoft Teams icon from the Dock and select Quit.
Open Finder ? Go ? Go to Folder and enter: ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft. Locate the Teams folder and move it to Trash.
Open Keychain Access again and search for "Microsoft Teams Identities Cache". Delete the entry.
Launch Microsoft Teams again and sign in using your correct account.
