Why Outlook Shows Old Accounts or Redirects Login
Microsoft Outlook stores authentication details in Windows Credential Manager and hidden cache folders. These stored credentials allow faster login but can also force Outlook to reuse outdated account details even after removal.
Make sure Outlook is not running in the background before making any changes.
Go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts and remove unused accounts. You can also remove profiles from Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Select the profile and remove.

Open Outlook again and verify that unwanted suggested accounts are removed.
